A combination of strength and muscle building exercises using free weights, resistance bands and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout just under an hour! Good for all levels.
Boot Camp includes body exercises, interval and strength training exercises. This class has been deigned to push participants beyond their usual boundaries.
In this class members will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve both cardio and muscular endurance. Circuit training using our Synergy 360 allows you to fit a huge variety of movements into your workout.

This yoga class involves mind-body connection that helps develops focus, balance, strength & flexibility. With each pose, the body grows stronger to function better on a daily basis. This class is designed to provide instructions on the basic yoga methods, breathing and stretching.
